Always fun to watch the often early-part-of-the-game mess when a west coast team has to compete at noon.

Getting up and starting the usual pre-game routine preparations at what’s 4AM local time for them tends to make for a mess, especially in a game’s first half.

Midway through the first, USC fumbles at the Illinois 38.

The Illini go down the field to make it 7-0 with 6 minutes left in the first.

Surprised at the amount of empty seats for an undefeated ranked team coming to a home ranked team stadium.

Going for 2 was a very smart move. Especially when the other team is the better rushing team. Don’t want to go to OT against a team that is wearing you down on the ground

That was some bad football right there. Illinois fumbles whilst almost scoring a touchdown - USC recovers in the end zone. 6.XX minutes to play

Lots of time left. I had it wrong during the commercial. Just now going under 6 minutes.

These announcers are the worst. Don’t take a timeout here Illinois. Save your timeouts

We've had 2 first downs and 1 minute is gone. Illinois offense seems very productive (if they don't fumble). We'll see I guess.
