Long-term use during pregnancy COULD BE 1 environmental factor. There is nothing conclusive that points to this, so taking action based on an unknown is bad policy.

Prosecutors are largely immune from suit for actions taken in court filings. But I understand they'd at least want to be sure that their legal costs are covered if sued.

So you aren't disputing the fact that Halligan is demonstrably unqualified to be the US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, since she has zero prosecutorial experience, has only argued 3 federal cases, and her primary focus has been insurance law?
