In my line of work a good chunk of our current staff are retired folks that were brought back as consultants that work part-time pretty much as often or as little as they want.

Come to think of it. This Sanders injury does kind of set us up for the future. Perry has done well so far in his place. Move Sanders to LT at the start of next season and have two experienced tackles.
