1. Sanders is an o-lineman (I know what your point is
2. No coach in America is going to "open up the spot" a #1 nationally ranked player and potentially top 5 pick (if he stays healthy and plays to the level many think)

I knew he was on the offense..I don’t why it said
“D lineman “ same thought applies though…appreciate you being cordial and not a D**k about it

No doubt defense looks like a team missing draft picks because they are. Add in they've been playing too many damn snaps and tbh it is more like 2022 just due to AVAILABLE talent not lack of it.

People should be scared AF if we get 50% of these starters back tho...
Praises - would be so elite

Polls only matter in December - Just win baby!!!
Psh we can't even beat Georgia. Or even stay competitive with them.

Sad, but we've probably peaked as a program. Years ago we at least would have challenged them and wiped the floor with a program like Syracuse.

If anyone still thinks we're as good as CFP-level ASU, after giving up nearly 4 TDs vs Birmingham High School, then maybe we still have a chance this Saturday. I'm not sold!!

Also...lets not act like hitting on 2 QBs in 5 years is a negative.

**** you know how many NFL teams would KILL for that sort of success rate? A lot more goes into it than just talent, system fit, location, teammates, coaches, maturity, etc. great example Daniel Jones 6 years with the Giants and was pretty much considered a bust and just an average QB at best. Now just 3 games with the Colts and so far a completely different narrative.

Geno Smith = bust for the Jets, gets with Pete and suddenly a different narrative.

With college its even more difficult IMO to land a truly great QB. And if the NFL struggles like they do with 3+ years of college and film of guys then image how much more difficult it is with thousands of kids all over the country. Very few HS teams play more than 1 or 2 other good teams in an entire season, if at all and some of these good QBs that are basically average college players put up video game numbers.
*while having 1 QB that beat Clemson in a bowl game and otherwise won 9 games in a "down year"

*and another that was still part of a CFP run, beating Bama, UF, and OU*

Call it quarterbacking or whatever, but the above are his LOW POINTS of QB play 😅🤣
