They can make $2/hr in Mexico. The solteros come here so they can send more than that home, and pay for their life here, and save a little. I know guys that do that, buy a car, go home, and come back a couple years later and do it again.

We should have easy-to-obtain seasonal work visas, and then we end up with fewer illegals and a better/cheaper supply chain.

I worked with guys that would work a year or two here, rent a room in a house and send virtually everything from their checks back home, do side work on the weekends to pay their expenses. After 4 or 5 years they could build a home back home. I don't know if that's even feasible these days

I agree, we make the process very difficult. We should shut the border down for "crossers", as much as we can, and focus on prioritizing work visas for pre applicants only so we can properly vet them. The point is we need to control the border, allow and enforce responsible immigration policies and work visa programs.

I hope he bifurcates it. Says first he meant no disrespect of Kirk's memory and he grieves with her since Kirk was silenced, as he was, for his speech. Apologize.

Then turn and call out Trump and the FCC head for their obvious threats and attempt to manipulate to get him off the air because he routinely bashes Trump. Then bash Trump, i.e. tell the truth about Trump, for the next ten minutes.
