I love how Syracuse only got fined for faking injuries. Literally any team would pay whatever the fine was to help win a tough game. Suspend people or don't do anything at all, levying a small fine basically gives them permission to cheat with a set fee.

I didn't watch the game...so not sure, but it was 34-14 going into the 4th quarter...was it ever really close enough that Syracuse needed to "cheat" to win that game?

Ya, it was close for a while. They definitely did it when Clemson was driving and looking like they had a chance to come back. In hindsight, it probably wasn't needed; but giving them a small fine gives everyone in the future permission to cheat and just pay a small fine.

Post has since been removed it seems but a couple of things stand out to me:

Auburn doesn’t have lsu or Florida as a permanent rival and instead has Vandy.

Alabama gets miss st instead of lsu.

Ole miss and Oklahoma seems like an odd pairing to me.

Giving Auburn Bama, Georgia, and LSU would have been nuts lol.

You had to give them Vandy. There was no other option if you're keeping Georgia and Bama.

When I first saw the news, I just figured Bruce Pearl had a health issue. Then I saw the politics stuff. But now that he has put that to bed, I’m back to wondering if he has a health problem.
