Charlie Kirk Shot and killed

And what if someone says 'no great loss'?
I don't think that's mocking or laughing. That's sharing an opinion and not over the line. I have no doubt the administration would abuse this however.

I'm just sharing my opinion of people dancing on his grave, if they're citizens we're stuck with them, if they aren't they can go back and contribute to some other uncivilized society.

For the record a great number of these firings I've seen are knee jerk and panic. Many weren't warranted. But a good number of them I can completely understand why an employer would want to separate.

Who could have predicted that the Right would go too far in policing speech in the aftermath of the assassination??

Many people have rightfully lost their jobs because of horrific things they posted that their employers felt they didn't want representing their place of business or school, including my county's school board chair who said and I quote "Call me old fashioned, but I remember when we used to be okay with shooting Nazis." If you want to be the party of free speech though, your level of tolerance for speech you don't like needs to be higher than the other party. You can't go on cancel culture rampages and still claim you're the free speech party.

if there is anyone in the house or senate saying they are ok with assassination, an investigation by the ethics committee must be opened immediately to initiate their expulsion
How much investigation is required if a member of Congress states they are ok with assassination? That should only take about 3 minutes tops before cleaning out their office.

I don't know that she has great influence - I haven't spent even 5 minutes on this person.

Intentionally obtuse. Just google it or accept the fact that she has the president's ear. How does that not equal great influence? At least on a relative scale compared to randos on the internet?

She pressed for the removal of Monte Hawkins and got it within 48 hrs.
She claims direct communication with senior officials not named Trump.
ABC claiming 15 admin officials have been pushed out because of her pressure.

And when she says jump, Trump asks how high.

My heart absolutely BREAKS for the shooter, and his family. That doesn't take away from my anger, nor my heartbreak for Charlie and his family.

My heart BREAKS for Tyler Robinson, and it has since they released his photo and he became a real, actual person. Do you know why? Because when I saw and see him, I see my son. I think how heart-broken I would be if his life were destroyed like this. If he'd gone from a hopeful guy reading a letter about getting a scholarship for college, to being radicalized and becoming a murderer staring down a potential death penalty.

I remember when my son read his acceptance letter to college and we discussed the scholarships he was receiving as they came rolling in.

I cry for that kid and his family because it could be my kid.

So if a right-wing hate group radicalized Tyler, I want them exposed and I want every legal, constitutional avenue available brough against them to end them. Permanently.

If a left-wing hate group radicalized Tyler, I want them exposed and I want every legal, constitutional avenue available brough against them to end them. Permanently.

If you so identify with a hate-group from either side that you would work to try to get the spot-light off of them when something like this happens, then you are a **** person and a danger to every son and daughter we send into the world. You should be ashamed of yourself.
The murderer is an adult. He knew what he was doing. Period.

So can someone explain why the Kirk "black women lack brain processing power" comment is not racist? Notice he didn't say that they didn't work for it (a common criticism of affirmative action is that blacks don't have to work as hard to get the goodies in life and that affirmative actions awards them with spots they didn't earn through hard work). He said they lack the brain processing power for those positions. I could see the argument that it wasn't racist if he said they didn't work hard enough and had these positions just given to them. But he instead said they lacked the brain processing power. Hard to see that as anything other than saying - of some of THE most successful black women out there - that they are inherently inferior to whites when it comes to raw intelligence.

I am not sure I agree. Admittedly I don't know own a ton about him and it seems like a lot of what is out there is cherry picked, by either side.
Pick any short on YouTube and convince us that he was hateful. He was well read logical and a man of faith. The claims he was a bigot are preposterous.

He was also incredibly patient and respectful to venom spitting leftists. I saw numerous times where he even thanked them for coming and expressing their opinions.
