I played QB all my life and had the privilege of going D1 FCS (only played 1 year in college). There is one thing I can assure you, the play calling with Nico definitely had something to do with trust and helping the QB out. Many, many more quick game schemes and screens to allow the QB to do his reading pre-snap and go with leverage and get the ball out. The play calling had a lot to do with helping the QB and trying to cater to his weaknesses. And thats sometimes what you have to do rather than force longer developing, deeper complex route tree schemes. He has let it open up more so far this year but the true tests start now.I agree that Heupel has not looked as much like the master play caller over the last 2 years. Most of that had to do with our QBs missing throws. We did see him as an offensive mastermind when we had Hooker and Golesh. I am seeing a return to great schemes this year as the offense has evolved and becoming more complex over the last 2 games. That’s what excites me about Heupel this year. He is well-known around college football for his offense and I think he has made the needed changes this year to take things to the next level.
I'm believing brother. Let's go neuter them dogsJoey football in Knoxville ready to lead us to victory, and Joey football here in Georgia, ready to rub it in when he does!

That or you redshirt him at a certain point.Yup, no need to rush him back to soon. The O-Line has looked fine so far. It's a long season and we are gonna need him at full strength in the coming weeks.
At some point we will have to hook up at a game! I think we have more in common than you think. LMAOMy wife, she loves them. She has coloring books, Bible case, pens, shirts, ypu name it![]()
Yeah I don’t think he will be conservative and I think he will hit more shots today than we have vs them in the past few…Aguilar shouldn’t play conservative and safe except still don’t try to be Tim Tebow vs a solid Bulldogs defense that can create turnovers, and defend effectively against deep range passes.
Sounds good! We've got to go as far as maine to the Nubble lighthouse, it's actually my phone Screensaver. I like tgem, not as much as her!At some point we will have to hook up at a game! I think we have more in common than you think. LMAO
My wife is the exact same… not gonna ever admit this but we may have taken trip(s) to the NE and other countries to see lighthouses!
I'm actually feeling less pressure than usual (I almost started a thread asking where its at). Most were saying 8-4, some 9-3. Joey wasn't supposed to be playing this well immediately. I know its at home and huepel needs to get over this hump... as long as its a close game I'll be happy.Damn my stomach is in knots. I want this game so bad yall. My nerves are at Florida level right now
