Charlie Kirk Shot and killed

The evidence is overwhelming, there will be never enough evidence to convince you.
I grew up in the church and was a fervent believer for half of my life. It is precisely the complete lack of evidence of his existence that finally convinced me to stop believing. I still am open to the idea that, if compelling evidence becomes available, I will reconsider my position.

Until then, any argument invoking God is a big nothing burger for me.

Did you even watch the video in context and absorb the point he was making?

Or did you just get this from social media source taken out of context at their word as evidence you should dislike him and his message?

I can assure you that summary above isn't the message he was sending.
All God's laws are perfect. That applied only to Jewish people at the time... it was God's perfect law. Just as the new covenant God made with the world with Christ's death. Both promise are perfect.

Don’t be obtuse. It’s happening in front of our very eyes. My nieces are 11 years old. Raised in a conservative household and have never known anything different. They come home correcting things their parents say, their grandpa says and telling them they should broaden their minds. They question God all the sudden. The list goes on. These are teachers in podunk middle Tennessee. You think colleges aren’t? You’re insane or blind.

I've never seen someone actually make an argument condemning the teaching of 'critical thinking skills' before.

Suspect claimed Charlie was a fascist. I wonder where he got that language from? I only know of one group that keeps calling a certain group of people fascist. Everyone that uses that language has a share in this assassination.
Good place to start.
Ten+ years of liberals tolerating their own party/supporters to refer to the opposing party as fascist, racist, bigots, xenophobic etc. Media manipulation and a decade of MSM personalities allowed to recite lies and hate to their audience.

As I say, you reject the mountain of evidence. I would argue that you are not open to any evidence.

It’s not about liking or disliking him it’s about this reluctance to hold leadership accountable. We’ve gotten to this spot where politics is a team sport and “screw ur guy he’s my guy and ‘he can do no wrong.’”

It’s weird.
Yeah, I agree with you there. No one is infallible.

it feels crass to think of political considerations but this governor is going to emerge as a POTI candidate or at least they'll be talk about him moving up the ladder

Please stop with this nonsense. You could walk into just about any sermon across this country and hear a preacher/pastor echo the same thing Charlie is saying in this clip you posted. What is the BFD?

I'm not sure that whether or not you could hear the same in another church or not matters, since my response was to what Kirk's espoused views on the subject were.

I stayed out of this whole thread because I knew it was impossible to gain any ground in a debate. It’s always I’m right you’re right. There’s no compromise. If you cannot grasp that it’s an issue then it is what it is. You have your way of thinking and I have mine. All I’m saying is 11 year olds shouldn’t even be talking about genitals and yet there are 11 year olds all across the country coming home telling their parents it’s acceptable to get a sex change. In your eyes it probably is. That’s a fundamental difference we will never see eye to eye on.
