Also, there is a lot of connection to Abortion and "Walking through the Fire" which was children sacrifice in the Old Testament. God specifically calls that out for one of his reasons for destroying Israel in II Kings.

True but he never said it was the role of the Roman Government to tax Judea and use Taxes to care for the poor. Christians personally are supposed to do it.

We can start with Republicans believe “pray for the peace of Jerusalem” . You can find that in Psalms

But it's ok to tax Judea to finance golf trips, tea parties for the wealthy in the "rose garden" rounding up and deporting our neighbors, arresting the poor

Well brain buster, psalms was written many years before the birth of Jesus.
There is no peace in Jerusalem, and Israel blowing up children or starving them to death is not the teachings of Jesus.
