We have Georgia coming and the DL needed the reps. Even without the sack totals, they were getting home. Dye alone had to have had two QB hits. Campbell and Dye stuck out to me.

I don't think there were really a ton of opportunities because Healy and Co were trying to get it out quickly.

The Georgia offense looks soft and meh, but there Is NOTHING wrong with their defense...they are as big, strong and fast as ever and still deep in highly ranked talent, and scoring 23+ is going to be a huge chore. Their offense, while clunky as ours has been the last two years, has size, speed and talent and they will find a way to score 20ish against our "not bad, but not so great this year either" defense.


That is my objective feeling about this game, I want to be wrong, I want our defense to shut them completely down and embarrass them...but I don't think they can due to the injuries to DT and CB. And I want our offense to come out and play angry, violently and disciplined and knock UGAs dicks in the dirt...but I don't know if they will, or even can against a highly prepared, extremely talented Smart-Mushdumb Georgia defense.

I really REALLy want this one bad, I really want to not just beat Georgia, but I want embarrass them and their arrogant buttfaced bowlcut HC, and his arrogant butthole DC.

I know a lot of you are extremely confident thanks to us destroying a couple of cupcakes as we should have, while UGA has not looked as great as they should have against their two cupcakes...but I am just not there yet.

Go Vols!....just find a way to win.

What has always burned us in the past against Kirby is our linebacker play. Stockton is still young and I believe we can dial in some blitzes and new designs to mess with his head.

You have the same outlook I had until I saw how Hype has looked this year. The dude is still pissed off about last year. I think this game will be the game that puts Joey as the front runner in the heisman race.

We have a stable of backs and not just one. We have the most talented receiving core in the hype era and a QB who can run the full playbook. Heard and the boys have been outstanding this year and you can see the difference from years past.


This game feels different. It’s got the why not us attitude. We need the fans to be rowdy from the time they exit the tunnel.

New AP rankings still have a lot to work out. LSU, Illinois, South Carolina, Iowa state, tamu, Indian, auburn all overranked. Tennessee, ole miss, utah, Georgia tech, usc, Louisville, Vandy underranked.

I also believe we will see a completely different uga than has been in the field the last two weeks. I believe to an extent they have been vanilla or even intentionally misleading in their first two games. I expect them to run the football off tackle, get the ball out quick downfield and take deep play action shots, and their defense will gladly risk being penalized to do anything to disrupt our rhythm, confuse the qb, and force reached and mistakes.

I wasn't too upset at that one. Other than the optics it's not a big deal in my eyes. Heup will get a back and he'll end up putting up better numbers than Hiter.

You think they have been intentionally ass so they could play their starters 4 quarters against Peay the week before stockton makes his first true road start?

No chance.

I have a feeling we have hid some tight end plays and pistol sets. I think Heup and the team know this is our opportunity to make a statement and get back to the playoff.
