ESPN just said Texas tech spent 25 mil on their roster this year compared to Osu spent 20 last year. Can someone point out where they spent that are names I should know? Seems like they just throwing around money. And they look great but I have doubts about how they perform against a legit offense and defense.

My oldest son is getting married today! It's supposed to be an outdoor wedding but it ain't looking too good for that. Hopefully we'll get a break in the weather this afternoon and they can get the wedding they've been dreaming of. There is a "plan b", but I really hope we don't have to move it inside. Either way, after almost 21 years, my family is changing forever. If you have youngsters, spend as much time with them as possible, take them to cool overlooks and ball games, volunteer coach, and most importantly....take them to church. I heard my whole life how time flies but we've been in warp speed for the past year or so. It went a lot faster than I thought it should have.


The lesson here: DO NOT PLAN WEDDINGS DURING FOOTBALL SEASON (unless it's a bye week).

Idk why people are freaking out over the UConn and Syracuse game. We would have won by more last week if we don't play so many guys on defense in the second half. UConn and Syracuse have been pretty even stats wise today with the big thing being Angeli fumbling in UConn territory. Also UConn is better than most of you realize. They brought back their leading passer, rusher and receiver off and 8 win team.

I had decided on building the 350 in my wife’s 89 Silverado, but if I come across a good deal on an aluminum 6.0 or 6.2, I may swap it. Maybe even an aluminum 5.3 and bore it to 5.7

I haven’t had anything to tinker with in about 4 years so I’m getting the itch

350's are fun to build and easy/affordable to get stuff for. You can make a 350 sound like pure madness if you want to. I like those 6.2 engines. My favorite is either a 302 or a 427. . .

Happens every season. We beat X team by not as much as hoped because team X is a contender in their conference. Then team X spills their chili in week 2. Just win, baby.
