Mr Cardamom: the MC who got screen icon Madhur Jaffrey to swear in his video

A tribute to his maternal grandmother, Nani’s foul-mouthed celebrity connection has transformed the rapper’s career

Mamdani, who performs under the name Mr Cardamom, can remember Jaffrey asking him: “In the lyrics, who is this ‘mother fu*ker’ for?” he says. “f*** this person, f*** that person; now whose ‘f***’ is this?”

When did whites become a minority? Prices for food in areas of white elites should be higher than the ghetto, right? Publix charges higher prices than Food City. You know why that is a fact? That's been going on in corporate America for a few decades.
What does being or not being a minority have to do with racism? And why should anyones' food prices be higher based on where they live? Other than the fact that a grocery store in the hood gets robbed a lot more often than one in the Hamptons which requires more security.

Like 5 of them in food deserts, horrifying

Post the full sentence from his platform

(Both those are from leftist rags)

Oh and food deserts. Why do those exist in the most prosperous nation on the planet, in one of the largest cities therein? Do you honestly think the government can solve that? You are even more naive than I imagined if you do. (How's that one in Kansas City working out?

Have you thought about sponsoring a minority family? You that qhite privilege
One of our charities is gifting to the less fortunate at Christmas. Specifically children. Pretty much anyone under 18. For example, we provided a basketball goal and 2 basketballs to needy groups one year. While there were many different minorities in the group, the largest group were white. That little chunk of the trust is earmarked for providing avenues for kids to get more involved in outdoor activities.

I am proud to say most of the trust goes to animal shelters, specifically DOGS. Support for their care, relocation and adoption. After all they are better than humans. Dogs LOVE people more than people love people.

Yes, we do give to a charity that sponsors deserving families. Not one specifically

It was a simple ask and you couldn't do it. This is not "tax white people"

If you live near a Publix in East Tennessee the prices are much higher than the other grocers. Publix grocery stores are more prominent in middle and upper class areas of an area. That sort of capitalism has been going on for 30-40 years. THINK about it

Clutching your pearls at rap music about grandmas is very funny

Oh no, I get it. My wife HATES Publix and Kroger for precisely those reasons. But those are corporate decisions, and she rarely shops there. The NY socialist is going to mandate those kinds of things via government mandate. Grocery stores in poor parts of town are a problem, no doubt. Maybe if the local gangstas would stop holding them up and stealing everything that isn't nailed down they wouldn't close up shop. For the law abiding people that live there, I have a ton of sympathy. This jackass isn't going to solve the problem though. It's more money down another government rat hole, and when it fails he will come to the federal .gov for bailout.

"I called someone a '****ing racist' based on an incorrect assumption so please accept this deflection"
No deflection. He's a ****ing racist based on all the articles I have looked at. White white white white. He said it numerous times.

the root of the food deserts and other services is the crime and companies shuttering stores. This will only exasperate with the lenient crime policies, such as thefts below 1K being misdemeanors..gonna see that bs walk in and take what you want like in CA.

you see this?

As far as Mamdani’s identity goes, he was born in Uganda, but he is of Indian descent. He is an therefore African, and he is now American, but the term African-American is usually understood to mean Black — and he is definitely not Black. However, when applying to Columbia University in 2009, Mamdani checked the boxes for “Indian” and “Black or African-American” when asked to give information about his race and ethnicity. Mamdani openly admits to doing so, and told The Times that he thought it was the best way — though admittedly an imperfect one — to explain his background.

Oh, and $5 billion VN bucks says that he won't cut taxes for the 'overtaxed' neighborhoods once he's finished pillaging whitey.

Of course he does. Being a 'minority' makes him one of 'the people'.

Now you can add 'fraud' to his resume.

The problem with the stores in the ghetto is the fact that the gangsters are exponentially outnumbered by folks just trying to make a living. As the smaller group, gangsters utilize violent tactics to achieve their goals and ruin it for everyone else.

He quite literally is a minority
So what? Does that matter? Should it?

And he's not really the conventionally accepted 'minority' he claimed although I think the term "African American" is divisive because it does not really identify race. It denotes a place. What would happen if a 'white' man from Africa claimed African American status?

Maybe they should have more gun laws.

So putting "minority" in quotes is pretty stupid when it accurately describes him
