War in Ukraine

All part of the 4D Chess he's been playing with Putin. Maybe he's in "check"? 😯🤣

There is no 4D chess, there is no 3d chess, there is no regular chess and there is no checkers to play. The hand has virtually already been played with Russia. He can choose to throw down the hammer (remove funding/sanctions) on the Ukraine, or not. Other than that....

So maybe this is the approach he should have taken after he got into office in January?

Putin, as a lad, studied Spassky. As a younger adult he focused on Kasparov. Trump probably refers to his Rook as Castle, and his Knight as a horsey

This isn't even tic tac toe since about Fall of 2022. Once the Russians were able to adjust under the ejection from the global financial system and they were able to get their ducks in order after the counter in the summer of 2022. Its not that the Ukraine couldn't win, but that the margin error is super tiny and it would probably take some outside factor.

It could still be a very long road.

Damn, Man, I am joking about it. While it roughly applies, it's not meant to be a serious attempt at any sort of applicable dialogue. That you can't in the least engage in some humorous dialogue about it is disappointing

Economically, financially, socially and culturally they are in collapse. The one area that Europe was still strong economically and financially was Germany, but they have basically cut them off at the knees. Germany was the one holding it all together. The U.S. and Europe did not want Germany and Russia to join in any way, which is what was occurring. Europe's goal was to keep moving east as they can't realistic move west. If they collapsed Russia than they could take it, plunder it, expand Europe and use what Russia has. Once you collapse at scale than war is used for the unofficial bankruptcy and liquidation of the unfunded walking liabilities, see 1929-1945. This further ignores what has really happened there, they have allowed the enemy right in through the front gates.

There is no real path for Europe to make it in its present form, most of those countries won't have many Europeans in them within a few decades - Africa and the Middle East have moved North. Its over. The question for me is what are they going to be fighting each with because the modern war machine requires cheap energy. I guess they can go back to swords or arrows.

Eastern Europeans countries are the most vulnerable as they are generally the smaller ones and some instances considerably so. However, they are the ones that are more able to form trading and military agreements with Russia, China, etc. Eastern European countries should be moving now to secure their future, the other parts of Europe have no easy road.

Europe is all in on the end of Russia, which is why they keep wanting the U.S. to get involved because they are powerless to do it themselves yet that is what they need to survive.

This is still vague. I want a real description of your theory like a dictator will rise in Germany, try to claim former German lands, go to war, etc. The economies will collapse because of youth unemployment which would cause them to becoming radicalized and vote in radical parties, etc.

Describe who is the enemy at the front games? Is it the Arab immigration?

Again, no details in this post. Please describe it. Tell me how UK collapses, how France collapses, etc. Who is on what side in this hypothetical war? Who are the aggressors? How does it start? Etc.

Why would Europe or the US actually want this war to stop? Since Putin took over in 2000 Russia had made some serious gains politically, economically… then Putin can’t help himself and attacks Ukraine, allowing NATO countries to conduct a proxy war. They finally have an avenue to weaken Russia, and it’s working. NATO countries really have no incentive to end this war (besides all the killing), and Putin is operating on pride while his country withers. This conflict may be happening until Putin dies.

Trump is the only NATO leader that really wants to end it. Issue is that he doesn't have a real plan that can achieve that.

Ok. It's nothing to be happy about that the facility was bombed, right?

No need to acknowledge Trump is in over his head as to his capabilities to negotiate with Russia, OR unwillingness. It's actually quite sad. Regardless of his ineffectiveness as a negotiator, we still need him to dig down and help get this settled

I try to translate some, because I have been saying similar things for a while now. Yes, basically unchecked immigration is the enemy as well as naturally slowing economies. Let's take Germany for example; Germany has been in a recession for a couple of years now. They have an aging population, and knew this a long time ago, and tried to counter this with immigration. Other European nations have done the same as well. The problem has been though that these immigrants have nothing in common with the average European, and a great many do not work and live off of the social services of the various countries that they live in. Crime rates have also gone up significantly. Idle hands are the devils workshop as they say. Sweden, for example, has stated that they can no longer contain the migrant crime. Europe is losing its identity, and the liberal governments are making it worse and worse over the years. With divisions growing greater and greater, and with economies slowing over the years, you have the perfect recipe for strife, and eventual war. Bad thing happen when Germany has economic issues and internal strife. We've seen this movie before. It only takes one big spark, a migrant gang massacre, someone important being raped and killed by an immigrant....and then BOOM! Europe is a powder keg right now.

Anyone know why Ukraines attack on Hungry has gotten more attention?
1. I assume you mean "hasn't"
2. I don't see any Ukrainian attack on Hungry itself.
3. what I think you are talking about is Ukraine attacking a pipeline in Russia that serves Hungry and some other places, that is not the same.
4. don't be an LG, provide a link or quote or something if you want people to engage.

What sanctions should be placed and on who?
Don’t know and don’t care. That’s not part of my job description and it’s up to more experienced people than me to work that out. You asked the question and I told you he could at least stop making blustery statements (sanctions on Russia) that he’s not going to follow through on. That would be a good start.

I agree. He should stop blustering and slap draconian sanctions on any country buying Russian oil.

Thanks... better response than from LSU so far although he went into more details about a war.

At some point, I am starting to be fine with going the extreme War Hawk way and just getting into a Nuclear War with Russia. If that happens, Jesus will return and we will all stand at Judgment and the Righteous will be in Heaven. Doesn't really sound that bad in the scheme of things. Basically going the BeardedVol or the poster that wanted to immediately invite Ukraine into NATO route of extreme war hawk.

Our world continues to be failure after failure. It is clear that the human race can't get its act together.

lol, where have I been a war hawk?

Interesting article. It’s long. What can be gleaned from it is that Putin continues to walk right up to the line with indirect/hybrid warfare wrt some NATO countries, in this case Germany.
