ESPN Won't Release Spike Lee's Documentary About exiled NFL star Colin Kaepernick

Director Spike Lee's documentary series for ESPN about former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick will not be released, the filmmaker and ESPN said.

The former San Francisco 49ers quarterback sparked a national debate when he protested racial injustice nearly a decade ago and has not played in the NFL since.

'ESPN, Colin Kaepernick and Spike Lee have collectively decided to no longer proceed with this project as a result of certain creative differences,' ESPN said in a statement to Reuters on Saturday.

'It's not coming out. That's all I can say,' Lee said on the red carpet ahead of the Harold and Carole Pump Foundation dinner, a fundraiser for cancer research and treatment, in Beverly Hills, California.

Man I will bet that film will be dripping in racism.

I dont know what looks worse:

The ugly white dude with a ridiculous Afro wearing his mama's curtains...or

His wife wearing a pool float over her shoulders on the red carpet.

Nevermind. Its definitely him. What a moron. His face is as white as butt cheeks too...strange for a white hating "black activist". So weird man. He was a middling NFL QB on a playoff team and threw it all away with racism. Could have kept his mouth shut and probably hung around the league for 5 more years

This is great. So let me get this straight. I can walk into a cracker barrel, get a table immediately, and not have to sit next to a guy in a MAGA cap complaining about the "colored" family that moved in on his street? Sign me up. It's like taking a trip to France without the French.

I am admittedly a loyal WH patron...bout to go eat there again tonight with my daughter. Got her hooked on cheesey hashbrowns 😆 That said...CB has always had good breakfast and a couple dinners that I like too. Will be sad to see them go bankrupt. Hopefully sanity prevails then and they restructure and revert back to what made them good.

Ridiculous comment.

Steak 'n Shake Slams Cracker Barrel CEO for Eliminating 'old-timer' from logo: 'We take pride in our history'

Burger Chain Accuses CEO Julie Felss Masino of Abandoning Cracker Barrel's Heritage in pursuit of trends

Steak 'n Shake has taken aim at Cracker Barrel, accusing the Southern country-themed chain of erasing its heritage and identity with its controversial new logo.

The Indianapolis-based burger chain took to X on Thursday to slam Cracker Barrel for allegedly abandoning its roots, implying that CEO Julie Felss Masino is stripping away the identity of the restaurant and gift store chain in pursuit of short-term trends.

"Sometimes, people want to change things just to put their own personality on things," Steak 'n Shake posted on X on Thursday, along with an image of part of the old Cracker Barrel logo. "At [Cracker Barrel], their goal is to just delete the personality altogether. Hence, the elimination of the 'old-timer’ from the signage."

Steak 'n Shake continued, "Heritage is what got Cracker Barrel this far, and now the CEO wants to just scrape it all away. At Steak 'n Shake, we take pride in our history, our families, and American values. All are welcome. We will never market ourselves away from our past in a cheap effort to gain the approval of trend seekers."

Cracker Barrels food has been bland and luke warm for years. We quit going along time ago, as have most of the people I know.
Different strokes for different folks I guess.
Maybe the rebranded cracker barrel will be better. Most food tastes better when it's not infested with MAGAts.
