I really try not to give a crap about recruiting anymore...I usually just say "we get who we get"...but dang I was hoping to snag that RB....I never get my hopes up much anymore, I've got too much scar tissue from being screwed over by these kids over the years.Sucks about Hiter. But I Ain’t worried. We going to load up in the portal and after star has a big year it’ll be easy.
‘27 RB going to be a baller
Bring me keys

I hope we get Keys...badly...but I will believe it when I see it.
Can you imagine our offense with OSU type talent at every freaking position?...we would probably set records that would never be beaten.
Ok I'm not doing it.I'm having my second Hacker Pschorr Oktoberfest Marzen
and by the last drop I may declare something, but I'm worried it'll jynx us.
We already expect that. If we were willing to pay more for less before, no reason not to keep testing that limit. It’s Danny’s job to do that, and bring championships to Knoxville if he can. So far he’s doing both.I think the continual ticket price increases and general nickel and diming by the AD is only going to put added pressure on the program. Fans are going to expect top end results for paying top dollar. This would be on the field and in recruiting. Top 5 classes are going to be expected and also competing for SEC and national championships. Right now, we are doing neither. I believe seasons like last year won’t be good enough moving forward the way it’s headed. JMO.
All Heupel needs is the right ingredients....I've been watching last seasons and the year before games all off season, and I think the people that think Heupel has been "figured out" are stupid and blind.I hear you brother
I do think we are in for a treat this year on offense and my eternally optimistic ass thinks it’ll spike our recruiting for the end of ‘26 and ‘27 classes
This conference lives in dies on the line of scrimmage and we may have the best collectively between OL and DL. It will open up a lot of opportunity for coach to draw it up big

I know that teams playing that shell defense has caused some problems, but there are still dudes running wide open every game....Joe and Nico just either couldn't hit them when they did see them...or just outright not see them...the right QB would have had Hooker type numbers even with the defensive adjustments.
Hell...last year's Bama game for example should have been a absolute blowout...but Nico totally sucked the whole first half....and last year's Florida game should have been a comfortable victory, but he was playing so scared he couldn't see the open guys.
The absolute fact is that Joe and Nicos passing deficiencies really really hampered both play calling and execution of passing plays..the plays are still there...we just need somebody that can see and execute them.
I hope Joey A is that guy.
Bloomingdale for me. The antenna we had was gigantic. Probably 10 feet long and 5 feet wide. Had 2 dozen elements. It was rated for 250 miles. Thank goodness for Radio Shack.Hey now...I lived on a hill in Kinsport (well, Colonial Heights). And we didn't get no damn Antenna. Three to Four channels and be happy ya got that. Thank the lord for my Atari 2600.
