Read them and I think I understand where you are coming from. The concern is, yes the coaches know they need to get the starter more time, but at the moment their hands are essentially tied since who they want to be the starter hasn’t looked as good as they had hoped. So they are having to let the competition play out longer than they wanted to. Seems reasonable.

We wanted a guy to take the job not get it because the others are just worse or too small. Seems like if GMac was big enough he'd be getting the Manning nod.

Yes. Also offensive holding every time Bama threw the ball for the entire seond half. Plus rigged calls when we were in the red zone in the first half to keep the game within reach for the red team.

We saw rigged calls to keep the game close in the first half in Athens last year too. There were four shocking one iirc.

Not saying he’s not trying I’m just saying they have put him on accelerate mode on GM getting bigger and has been said quite a bit and I do think it’s a message to him bc I think they want him to be the guy……he’s apparently a stud
I hope JA is a gamer but we also need to remember our defense is pretty damn good and the wrs should only keep getting better

We saw it last year. Nico was average last year. Without the D, OL and Sampson it would have been really bad. If the QB can hit a timely thrown I think we are in business.

We really need the defense to step up this year and keep us in games for the first couple until the QB can get comfortable.

Well, the defense had to keep us in most every game last year. This year's defense just as nasty and may be better than last year.

Hey I'm all for Oklahoma losing their starting QB, but what a ridiculous story.

I've signed Venmo memos with "thanks for the crack" before. The idea of admitting to a serious offense in a public, meaningless transaction memo is absurd. Very hard for me to buy that, unless he and his teammates are/were legitimately the dumbest people alive.

Agree. Except, you might not write, “thanks for the crack” if you were actually a crack dealer/addict. Writing “gambling” when you are a QB is equally stupid.

The coaches have a handle on it. If DD4ME on volnation can recognize in his spare time that QB1 needs as many reps as possible with the ones, then the coaching staff who probably spends 16-20 hours a day planning this stuff have likely thought of it too.

Whacha talkin' about Willis? I watched some practice highlights and read some top secret intel from the media that watches a scripted 5% of the practice each day. I got this!

Josh is right. He needs his high-character coaches and teammates to get through this.

There is such a thing as prudence.

Maybe Boo will get a pick 6 in Atlanta or a scoop and score fumble and some people at least will chill out.

Weird. “In his ear” means that she speaks to him. I assume they speak since she is his mom. I don’t live with them.
