Who's to say Matthews or Staley doesn't leave if Tennessee brings in someone from the outside to possibly take their spot? Tennessee already has 3 top 100 players at WR. All they needed was depth. And if you were actually following the transfer portal other than just looking at 247 2 minutes ago, you would have known these types of WRs were asking for a very high price tag. That's the reason Squirrel wasn't retained.
