Anyone hearing anything on Brazell? [arrested for driving on suspended license]

Cops in Knoxville are dumb, you see who it is and you give them a warning
Maybe not dumb. More likely still unset about Tennessee students pushing one of their squad card into the river a number of years ago.

Let's look at this simply. 60 in a 35 is hardly a "red flag" of a bad guy. The suspended license which hasn't come up until now means he's not getting pulled over in the Charger all the time. Again, no "red flag."

As problem players go, he's not trying very hard. I think he's a kid who is about to learn to pay your tickets or show up in court. No more, no less.
When he’s cleared with his knee, he will have a run the stadium steps practice and everyone will move on. If he pays his court costs and fines and gets his license cleared this goes away

Why would the Knox news even report this ? Why is this news ? If I were Danny White, I wouldn’t let a Knox news reporter anywhere near any UT facilities again until an agreement was made. You wanna cover the Vols? Keep the arrests out of the damn paper.

I hope he jumped out the car and ran away from all the cops without being caught. Then we'll know he's the guy we need on the field. :-D

Yes because they were everywhere
They kinda were. Not saying they're all starters, but Heupel could have added to the room so we wouldn't be an injury or two away from being in crisis mode. Add a couple of guys from the portal to go along with what you have and the situation looks way less scary.

Bama’s coach got invited to the White House to tell the president what he wanted the law to be. If a Tuscaloosa cop caused a player to miss football, the cop would be suspended without pay. That’s why Bear and Saban are considered the all time greats by most.

I’ve been watching “Saturdays Down South” this afternoon. It’s been all Bama and Florida.

Saban and Bear ran the Tuscaloosa police department

Maybe if the Knox News and others got BETTER access, they'd have a reason to do that but right now they get no better access than anyone else.

Want favors, give favors. It's the American Way.

60 in a 35 in a Charger. If he was racing, he was racing his grandma.
I didn't even read the article, but as soon as you said 60 in a 35 I knew that had to be on Henley street. There's really no reason that is a 35, particularly once you get to the bridge.

I don't think this is a big deal at all. I doubt he misses any time

Spoken like a UGA fan.

It's public information. He was irresponsible, he has to deal with the consequences.

That door swings both ways. Knox news has shown multiple time how they handle “sensitive” information.

As I have seen it, UT has never given special info to the local media, which is mostly pretty meh anyway, but if they have.... enlighten me.

Arrests are public info. Want your name off arrest stories? Don't get arrested.

Knox News relatively slow rolled the Boo incident until ON3 and others picked it up.

Looking at 247, they had over 30 WRs who entered the portal they rated as 4*'s. That means they graded them 90 or above. That's better than "marginal".

That said, arguing what Heupel and staff SHOULD have done when the season is just a few weeks away is pointless. We have the WRs we have, and should Brazzell be ruled out, we'll go on with who we have. It is what it is.

I'm not arguing that Heupel should have gone after another WR, BUT, this statement is ignorant and misinformed. Have you even seen the WRs that were in the portal?
I did, which confirms you are projecting. Share with me muppet, which WR should Tennessee have overpaid for?
