I think the way to go with rosemary is to put a stem and accrushed garlic clove or two in a nice piece of melted butter (or olive oil) (or both) to flavor the fat. Then dispense with the stem or use it as ornament on the plate. It’s too strong to eat straight up.View attachment 762408
Ya it's good as an essence, but whole leaves or stems is way way too much.

I definitely want it to be Merk after seeing this highlight video…I mean it is bad bad. All 4 of his picks were on him imo (all thrown to wr’s blanketed by db’s) and he was forcing the ball to the wr’s all night

Happy Sunday

August 10, 2025: If you take matters into your own hands, you could make things worse. Release your concerns to the Lord, and He will show you the way to resolution. Put your trust in God's ability to right the wrongs and set your feet on higher ground. Psalm 37:1-4 Do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away. Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

You're Fighting a losing battle. Most have annointed Aguilar as starter...

Few musings

George looks great but unfortunately he's just so thin. I don't think he's quite ready to handle a full season physically. Aguilar will definitely be the guy going into game one imo.

Physically the freshman are quite impressive. David Sanders is a man. Brame, Radarious Jackson, Morris, Dye.

Linebackers will be the best we've had in a long time.

No real dynamic playmakers on offense it seems (right now at least).

Secondary will be better if McCoy comes back even close to healthy. DL isn't as twitchy but is really solid.

I'd expect OL to be better than last year. Moe was a good pickup. Pendleton is just a body. Perry will be good. Heard and Warren are in better shape.

QB play is really just a killer right now. Nico (and Carnell Tate) really hosed us as this could've been a real championship caliber team.
it does us no good to have championship talent if you don’t have championship culture. Had to get rid of Nico’s dad first and foremost

I’m gonna watch. I hope it’s a straight shoot, politics left out of it.

I think it will be fair. Burns was on Rogan recently and talked a great deal about American history without turning it into some diatribe on our current president. I haven’t seen his Vietnam film which was around 2017 so if that didn’t get political I’d say this one won’t either.

Hooker had the same amount of ints in 8 games his last year at VT as he did in his 24 games here

The Wizard of Oz, starring Judy Garland and featuring words and music by E.Y. “Yip” Harburg and Harold Arlen, receives its world premiere in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It would open widely in U.S. theaters some two weeks later.

Thanks for the info.

If George is playing the best, I'd be pretty bummed not to put him out there just because of his frame. I just don't think that matters all that much for a guy who is not at all a dual threat anyway.

And not to be flippant about a player's health... But if I'm wrong and he's getting banged up and not holding up out there, you're just right back to Aguilar anyway?

He’s definitely a threat to run — pretty athletic guy. Don’t want to get him injured and ruin a vital year of development

any updates on TK? S Hiter?
Both have been quiet. I'd lean us right now for each but you never know. TK feels like it's going to be drama up to signing day.

George is a good athlete. I doubt he rolls out there game one but if Aguilar doesn't look great, I think it's possible.

year 5 and no playmakers ( as of now) is pretty embarrassing.

what a bummer

That’s the disappointing thing about all of this. Could have been another playoff run with those pieces. I still wonder if it would have been worth the extra $$ to keep Nico for one more season. Big Nick may have been a headache but now we’ve traded that for our own QB headache.
