It’s a complicated issue. A few years ago a former High School football recruit was let out of prison. He went to a party when he was 18 and ended up getting a BJ from a 15 yr old girl. She had lied about her age to the young man. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

My granny had three kids by the time she was 17. She turned 17 in 1915. She had six kids total. They all worked on the farm, and she was married to my grandfather until he died in the 1950s.
She was not a slut or a whore (the most Christlike woman I've ever known), and he was not a rapist.
It is indeed complicated with evolving times and standards sometimes.
@EasternVol ever hear of any Lee County kids (I think you said you were from over there) heading across the state line to KY for a girlfriend who woulda been "too young" in Lee County?

Id be way more concerned having my kids around pastors and preachers than an imam, especially "youth pastors". Those dudes are always the gayest of the gay pedo's. And before the Jesus adherents rush in here, I wouldnt want my kid around islam either.

I wouldn’t allow any of my children to be around a. adult male alone. Pedophiles seek out respected positions of authority that gives them access to kids. In Philadelphia a few years back, 9 youth sports coaches/trainers were busted having sex with minors in a little over 1 yr time frame. Protect your kids.

Getting the feds involved in the Texas matter - valid

Trump playing golf on the weekend - crying for no reason. He has to do something. He works all day. He is active. It's the weekend. He has to be guarded whereever and what he does. It's the weekend. What would you have him do?

Trump changing the White House lawn - I would've stuck with the grass but crying about it....umm no. It's either that or the ball room that's privately funded. Guess what? All areas of the White House will require ongoing upkeep costs. They all change the White House in different ways when each new administration comes in. Personally, I'm more of a traditionalist and don't care for dramatic makeovers. It's not a big deal to me though.
