Need to be more specific. Are they blocking their pension? Or are they blocking the transfer of their thrift savings plan (government 401k equivalent)? Cause those are two very different things IMO.

Sounds like they had to draw the line somewhere, and went with “teen”.
But a 13 yr old is (usually) in Middle School - no Senior should get a pass for taking advantage of an 8th grader.

25 years? No.
Something more than what that 18 yr old got? Yes.

Retirement benefits are for military members that retire after a specific number of years of service. People meeting those requirements should receive retirement benefits. Those that don't meet those requirements shouldn't receive benefits.

A 13 year old shouldn't be having sex and is not old enough to understand the consequences. Also a 13 year old probably is not a willful participant but rather coerced into it by someone older than them. My God y'all are sick.

It's weird I don't recall anyone saying it was okay to have sex with 13 year olds until a certain someone was accused of it. Y'all should be ashamed.

Anyone 18+ having sex with someone under the LEGAL age of consent is RAPE. Full stop, flat out that person is a RAPIST. Y'all are the party of law and order right?

These same people would frog march that 18 year old out onto their front lawn and execute him gangland style if it were their 13 year old daughter, but they have to downplay this because modern Republicans have to minimize the sad and pathetic attraction to underage girls that Trump has displayed his entire life.
