The bistro is fantastic. I would put it on the same level as Foothills Milling, JC Holdway, etc. Think "upscale southern." The menu rotates seasonally, but everything I've had has been delicious. I believe I had a steak special last time we ate there, scallops appetizer, and maybe charcuterie. Here's the current menu, ENJOY!
