Nope. ADP uses payroll and doesn’t do updates. BLS uses surveys and builds in two revisions as more data becomes available.

There are employment transitions that are currently taking place. The numbers could be even worse as this year progresses.

First is a reduction in foreign-born workers and the employment of native born. Trump campaigned on this relentlessly. We are seeing it happening today. This is part of addressing the 20M+ illegal immigrants that entered our country before the election.

The second is a reduction in the Federal government work force. So far this year 84K have been let go. In the next couple of months, the paid leaves and voluntary separation acceptances will hit because they still show as employed workers. When this occurs, it will be fodder for the uniformed but understand it to be an American worker, smaller government strategy that is being implemented.

You want it to be accurate and the way they verify long-term accuracy of survey process is comparing results to state UI fulings.

For Q2, state UI filings arent all the way done until August so yeah, you are indirectly asking for a 4 month delay in April job reports...
