President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Democrats are so stupid. Why not wait until you have the numbers on your side?
With the Repubs having the WH the House & the Senate this will be shot down quick.

Padilla just wants the publicity. Dem street cred comes from opposing Trump, no matter how impossible the idea.
Padilla is desperately trying to reach the point at which 1% of their American public even knows who the heck he even is.

Questions For the Liberals:

1). Should a non-citizen be allowed to vote?
2). If found, should fraud be eliminated within Medicaid/Medicare?
3). Should males be allowed to compete in women’s sports?
4). Should we defund the police?

I’ll ask you again. Yesterday you were on a tear that the BLS commissioner deserved to be fired for releasing inaccurate data. So since the BLS data and trends largely agree with the private ADP data is ADP wrong too?

Down here in Florida, we reward CEOs found guilty of Medicare fraud by electing them governor.

Because, Florida.

If needed, They need to wait until they have accurate data before releasing.

Decisions are being made with inaccurate data.

The process is the same it’s always been. I’ve read fewer companies are responding to BLS survey inquires so they have to rely on modeled data. That isn’t BLS’s fault. Trump once again cannot deliver on his promise of releasing more accurate data. Nor is he correct in his asserted timeline on last year’s data at election time. Mojo shredded that idiotic assertion yesterday.

Trump shot the messenger because he didn’t like the data. It wasn’t the messenger’s fault that the data made Trump look bad. Perhaps Trump should examine his own economic and trade policies to find possible causes instead of stupidly shooting the messenger?

That's bad in MD. The DFW redistricting might have been some of the most egregious Ive seen...
Wait… so you’re saying in general gerrymandering is wrong regardless of who does it? That’s just crazy talk it’s only bad when the other team does it everyone knows this.

So we need to wait until August/September to release April payroll data?

Today, the line from the administration spokespeople is that the process of determining jobs data is antiquated and needs updating. They say, today, they want a fresh set of eyes to improve the reliability.

That is hard to argue with.

Of course, thats not the reason Trump did what he did. He said Friday and again this morning that he did it because he thinks the numbers were manipulated for partisan purposes.

No one, absolutely no one, agrees with Trump. Every former BLS person I've heard, including prominent GOPers and even former BLS folks under Trump, say that such a claim by Trump is utter nonsense.

So let's not pretend that Trump's thinking was accurate, righteous, or justified. He just didn't like the numbers making him look bad. Pure and simple. And yet again Trump's massive and incredibly fragile ego has caused him to reveal himself to be the idiot he is.

BTW I think CA is going to respond in kind and in the end the net balance might be about the same. I’m guessing I’ll only hear screaming about any gerrymandering attempts CA makes while ignoring the TX blatant effort.

In the end as someone once said elections have consequences. Both in CA and TX. And MD from above. Gerrymandering isn’t going anywhere however it should be pointed out and mocked universally when it occurs.
