We recently left Central Gardens in MidTown Memphis for Germantown suburbs.

Traded up and out of 3.25% for a bigger, better (yes, more expensive) house at 6.50% on a big, beautiful lot on the end of a cul-de-sac.

Didn’t think twice about the rate. They’ll go back down eventually, and we’ll take advantage.

Why do things like this have to be complicated? One of the things I have noticed over my life is that humans tend to overly complicate things that don't need to be complicated. Why is this any different? Making a deal is making a deal. If you have leverage, you win. Trump/America has leverage. We don't have pussies like Soetoro/Biden/Bush... and actually someone that will stand up and make these other countries open their damned checkbooks. (NATO and UN stuff). Isn't that a good thing?
