The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

How much better would the Titans have been 2022-24 with AJ? Not much, imo. OL and QB were trash during that period. Trade should have been better in return. Ultimately it was a crap draft, and Robinson reaped the rewards.

The idea of trading AJ Brown was not a bad idea. The execution of all the following moves was a disaster

At least we didn't let Derrick Henry go to conference rival that we've hated for 2 decades....
I really don’t have much room to talk regarding the WR roster moves, The Texans flunked by Trading Deandre Hopkins for an aging David Johnson.

I mean, he's not wrong.

""I just think we're very mid right now," Ward said on Wednesday. "At the end of the day, it all starts with me.""

For goodness sakes, Ward is a rookie. He will improve. It's about 100 degrees in Nashville plus the humidity here is horrible.
I agree. Now is the time you throw him out there to learn against a D that can play good defense most of the time. No need to go against scrubs.

If you watched Levis play against SEC competition, what you saw as an NFL player fit expectations. If you watched Ward play in college, you saw a quick learner with quick decision making and good fundamentals. We will see if that translates and he is coachable. Levis was not coachable among other things.

People on here were defending it at the time. Claiming Brown was hurt too often, wanted too much money, wasn’t that good, etc.

Insane
What is wild to me is the trade itself. JR had made some blunder draft picks up that time. But the fact we got so little is more shocking than the trade itself.
