FWIW, I went back in time ("and boy is my DeLorean tired!") to see previous uni timing, and found the 2022 announcement concerning Summitt Blue unis for Lady Vols basketball was released on August 11 of '22.

I don't know if that represents a usual timing for such things. Early August may just be when the majority of Tennessee fans are paying close attention to all things Vols. Or the timing could have had something to do with the manufacturer's marketing dept. or maybe even shipping and product availability.

They get new actual uniforms every year. The designs are re-done every 4-5 years. Tennessee is due to have a redesign this season. May not see many changes.

I only was involved once in 1975 with other volunteers and in the washing of uniforms and organizing them for a coming game. wow almost 50 years!

when Shannon Bobbitt transferred from a community college in 2007 there was a story I believe about her not turning in her socks because she did not expect them to be replaced.

And it is interesting to view old team photos to see what was IN on a particular year on the length of the uniforms.

plus today the individual asking the question uses for me an unknown abbreviation Unis? lots of changes over my lifetime

UT has played a closed scrimmage every year since they were allowed to begin, I believe in 2019. Did not play one last year, they were supposed to play UNC in Asheville, but the hurricane damage cancelled it. Guessing they just moved it to this year.

I'm curious what y'all think about this? I have some thoughts:

- I know it doesn't matter who starts in Kim's system, but Zee will definitely be starting.
- Jaida Civil will be in the rotation.
- I don't think Coop starts at the PG spot.
- I do agree with their *early* preseason floor/ceiling projection. I haven't see the team in action, so I'm going E8 ceiling until I do.

94’ is way too inconsistent in their opinons. Imho, primarily click bait. They had LV ranked #6 two weeks ago. Check out their other roster projections. They throwing poop at the wall.
