New York City

I’m going to have to agree with Nash on this one.
In my 20s I was hospitalized by police officers at a traffic stop. I didn’t resist. I did what I was told and they still beat the **** out of me because they thought I was someone else.

The police have a habit of Fing people up for no reason and are never held accountable for it.

I hate bad cops. I think qualified immunity should all but be abolished.

You ok with cops being put in harms way when someone resist?
He wasn’t in harms way
If you can’t arrest someone (with 4 cops around at that) without killing them you shouldn’t be a cop.

If God forbid the 2A gets taken away I assume you’d be the first to give yours back? I know you wouldn’t break the law and resist a tyrannical government

Or just don’t resist.

I don’t have a gun. Sorry you missed on that one.

The solution is insurance instead of qualified immunity.
If a cop gets sued then his insurance pays, not my tax dollars. If that happens then he/she can’t get insurance. Can’t work without insurance.

That keeps **** cops from changing departments and hurting more people.

That could help in part but those that work to protect bad cops need to feel the pain a little too.

I have a real problem with **** cops saying “stop resisting “ when someone isn’t resisting so they can beat the **** out of them.
Everyone should have problems with bad cops, everyone should have problems with criminals.

Your case that you stated is far different then the Eric Garner is a victim stance from Nash.

Even when they’re not resisting people find ways to the defend the murder
There is a depressingly large number of people for whom, if you convince them someone is a "bad guy" or "criminal," they don't care what happens to him (and often will try to mock you for "loving criminals" if you say otherwise)

It's not "small government" at all for police officers to unjustly kill citizens but that doesn't matter

Did Officer Islam know he was a public safety threat? Just curious

A battle of
Heroism vs. domestic terrorism

He’s been a leading cop-defamer, over and over demanding that police, a face of “white supremacy,” be “defunded.”

Was Didarul Islam, a Bangladeshi immigrant said to be a religious Muslim, a “white supremacist” or “racist”?

By Madmani's logic we should be thanking the shooter for making the city safer
