One year JUCO transfer. We were suppose to have a three headed monster of he, Justin Hunter, and Da’Rick Rogers but Rogers couldn’t lay off the weed. Rogers had led the conference in catches and receiving yards the year prior. That team probably would have been averaging 45-50 points.

I think we were down to Strider and Elder. That’s why we are trading for these jokers to finish out the season. Otherwise we’ll be pitching position players every game

I remember watching that game and thinking “If we had Hunter we might have a chance.” But the team was deflated after that injury. Ended up scoring some meaningless points at the end to make it a 10 point game.

The ones on the top row should be in along with maybe Shady McCoy (26th all-time yards from scrimmage). Only a few players haven’t been selected with 15k scrimmage yards. Everyone else, not really deserving. Frank Gore might be the most underrated back to play the game. 4th all-time in yards from scrimmage, 3rd all-time in rushing yards, but never gets brought up as one of the best backs.

I remember Gore's name (if we should recruit him) brought up when he was a senior in HS. Now look at him. Time flies for us old folks.
