We've had that combination but I've not had it with smoked cream cheese. That's very interesting.


I really like this brand and flavor.
Add this with a little Philadelphia cream cheese or the whipped Philadelphia cream cheese on some Club crackers and you've got a party in your mouth.

You definitely need a smoker. You'll be amazed how good the food can be at home.

Maybe even better at home. I’ve spoiled my wife and daughters. A $200 steak dinner at McGuire’s and they all say my steaks are better.

And all I did was buy 8-10 oz prime filets, bacon-wrapped, season for 24 hours, low smoke to +100°, and reverse sear.

I honestly don't know what to expect as to how the reps are divided up. I do think we'll see a more divided load between those three backs.

If I were to guess it’d be Bishop getting 40% of the reps with Lewis and Thomas getting 30% of the reps. I also wouldn’t be surprised if Bishop got 50-60%ish of the reps, and whoever is the better pass blocker seeing 40%ish reps and the other 10-20% reps going to the 3rd in line

And also would recommend a pellet unless you’re a literal psycho like me and loves the dopamine rush of maintaining a fire for 12 hours (plus a few beers) @TN-POSSUM

I don't drink but I could see where alcohol would make the 12 hours a little funner.

I expect Lewis to get the highest % of the reps. Bishop at #2.

I figured it would be 50/50 Bishop and Lewis. Bishop is so impressive I can’t wait to see what he does with more reps.

We don’t seem to like throwing those kinds of passes or drawing them up for that matter. I’m wondering how much 12 personnel we’re going to run this year.

Yeah today was a battle. Especially when the temp is rolling right, so you gotta figure out sh*t to do with your time to make the day pass without messing with perfection

Definitely recommend sprinkling brown sugar on the bacon after wrapping

Thick bacon, with a brown sugar dusting wrapped around fresh asparagus is really tasty. We've baked those a few times, usually around the holidays, but I think they'd be good on a smoker too.
