I said yesterday that this seems to be a theme with Boo, and I'm not sure what the coaches will end up doing.

He transferred 3 times in HS and has already gotten pretty close to hopping in the portal here after 1 year.

Boo is a great player, but if this is about potentially transferring again, I say let him go. I know that will be an unpopular opinion on here.

I interpret that "snub" as saying its about academics. I've been wondering for years why the Big12 won't extend an offer to Memphis. Makes sense from basketball, geography, and even a football perspective. Gives Big12 a footprint in a new state.

They really really don't want Memphis. And Academics is the only reason I can think of.

His mom posted on here a few years ago when Boo was being recruited. She was a handful

Think some of these kids are always looking for what they perceive as greener pastures or they are tampered with and encouraged to try and leverage more and more money. If a program gives in to these shenanigans, you can bet the kid will keep coming back for a bigger bite of the apple. Worse...the rest of the roster is watching it play out. Don't think for a second that there won't be others looking to pull the same thing.

I like the construction of this whole room, and Morris is the twitchiest. Lewis the most intriguing. Bishop very instinctive gamer. Star I have no clue, but trust coach in the portal and hear versatile.

Guys had better pay attention to what happened with Nico. Seems everyone would have learned the lesson without having to learn it on their own. Grass isn’t always greener, and in Nico’s case, it was brown on the other side.
