If he has CVI, as reported, he may be prone to a DVT, which is an issue especially because he flies a lot and DVTs and flying are not recommended without precautions. Particularly, long flights are an issue and those are necessary for the POTUS to attend global meetings.

Obviously he has medical staff, plenty of room to move around on flights, access to all kinds of equipment to aid circulation, etc but I feel certain flying almost every weekend to golf doesn't help his CVI. He probably should golf closer to DC.
