Not in the interviews I have seen where he confirmed that he would release the files and a client list.

Once again, Trump's accusation that Obama, Comey and Biden tampered with the Epstein files was not made until after the DOJ memo was released. That is an obvious lie in response to the unexpected pushback that Trump was getting from Republicans for not releasing the Epstein files as he had pledged.

Probably not from hand-shaking though. More likely: at his age and because he is the President, he has a lot of bloodwork done. The bruising is probably from IV punctures. Nobody has a bruise on the back of their hand for 5 months from shaking hands.
