this sounds totally subjective and stoopid
now define creep or real fast..that is my issueRules folks catering to the offenses. But you can still shift and move. What no defender can do at or within a yard of the line of scrimmage is make any quick abrupt move toward the LOS nor clap or try to disrupt quarterback cadence. You can still creep to the line but you can’t run up real fast within a yard of the LOS. The rule is still stupid and sucks. Defense gets no breaks but they will survive. GBO
You know what I mean. Defenses can be very successful while giving the QB on average 3-4 seconds to throw. It happens every Saturday and happened to us routinely. Our passing game was shut down all year and it wasn't because Nico was on his back as soon as he got the snap.
Meanwhile our defense is either dominant with pressure that looks like this:
Or looking very below average.
Numbers don’t lie. All games count. You can’t just pick and choose. Even the best teams beat up in the nobodies. Go look at OSU games against tough competition. Like I said your argument is invalid.Stats can be twisted to whatever point one wants to make and I dont like bend but don’t break.
There’s nothing invalid about pointing out 75% completion rate and 60% 3rd down conversions given up in 5 big losses isn’t elite.
I could care less about holding Chattanooga or Kennesaw St down and climbing up the points allowed ladder.
So no more going into the neutral zone and getting back before the snap, I guessRules folks catering to the offenses. But you can still shift and move. There used to be a highlight video of this game set to the song "It's a beautiful." I loved it, but it seems to have disappeared (like a lot of our video do, weirdly.) If you have a copy or a link that I haved missed, please post it.
Cal was ranked 9th and favored, with the Vols at a lowly 23rd. Cal had a RB named Marshawn Lynch (if you've ever heard of him) and started his Heisman campaing before this season opener in our (at that time) 109,000+ Neyland Stadium. It was a shellacking!
