If Nico were still here they'd be saying the same thing because, "Nico wasn't a world beater. The defense and Dylan Sampson carried that team and they lost their defensive star power except for an injured McCoy and they lost their 3 starting receivers and most of their O Line"Watching media days
Roman Harper and Jordan Rodgers just straight up declaring that we will be bad lol.
"Game just isn't as scary without Nico"
"Not the same Tennessee team"
Literally because captain overthrow, can't feel pressure or read a defense left?
? It is the all quarter century team. Last 25 years. Someone born in 2010 couldn't even do that^
Aguilar doesn’t have a cannon but he absolutely throws a more catchable ball than our last two QBs who did. If he can give slightly better and more consistent offensive possessions, then we will be better.Aguilar has absolutely nothing to lose this year. Milton was a bit cautious at times because he wanted clean tape for scouts, and Nico absolutely wanted to protect his "two seasons and straight to a 1st round pick" status (which we now know isn't happening). Aguilar isn't on any NFL radars but could make some noise with a big season here, but that requires absolutely ripping it when asked to.
I think he's going to throw more picks than we have seen under Heupel thus far and likely will again for a long time, but he'll also throw 25+ TDs.
I don’t think his reads will allow him to throw a lot of picks. Most of CJH pass plays are scripted and don’t consist of more than two reads.Aguilar has absolutely nothing to lose this year.
