Anyone who speaks in public quite a bit will have a gaffe roll. That is completely different from Biden's mental decline. Anyone comparing the two is being dumb or disingenuous.

I'm certainly not comparing them but rationalizing Trump's ramblings as gaffes is factually inaccurate. Watch his commencement speeches and we'll, almost anytime he is speaking. It's embarrassing

I don't think Trump is a great speaker at all but I find it refreshing that he speaks off the cuff instead of reading a teleprompter speech that was written by someone else.

Donald Trump is like Jimmy Two-Times from Goodfellas ...

Donald Trump will say something, and then pause and repeat it, while he is thinking of what to say next. Trump will change thoughts in mid-sentence. One tangent leads to another unrelated tangent. Trump speaks in a monotonic drone. He is dry and witless. He rambles on and on in overlong, boring rants, where his primary purpose is to air grievances, cast himself as a victim, and personally insult and attack his perceived enemies for things, which could just as easily apply to him. He is a transcriber's worst nightmare, while being incredibly awkward and uncomfortable to listen to.
