Sorry if I missed anyone's correct answer, but if not, the above are still unidentified.
These are all from the '60s. (But I'm learning a lot from the ones posted from this century!)
I have a hunch that "Well bless your pea-pickin' little heart!" is Tennessee Ernie Ford or someone in that era. Have no idea where he was a guest. Will guess at The Opry.

I wonder if "Whoa, Nellie-belle!" is where the old sports announcer Keith Jackson got his “Whoa, Nellie!” exclamation. No idea as to its source, or any of the others.
 
Believe me--there are worse things for your brain than having missed "the vast wasteland" that was TV in the early '60s!
(To generate that level of mental damage today, you'd probably have to watch a full hour of TikTok.)

I remember a time or two TN Ernie Ford (RIP) would be on Hee Haw.
