Braves offense continues to hate their own pitchers. Grant Holmes had yet another quality start in which he only gave up 2 ER over 6 innings and still took the L. He has a 2.36 ERA over his past 6 games but the team is only 1-5 over those games due to being shutout 2 of his last 3 starts. It would have been 3 consecutive shutouts in his starts had Murphy not homered in the 9th inning today. If they don’t trade Ozuna, Albies and Harris at the deadline then I have lost all faith in this organization.

They just need to shut those pitchers down for good and make sure they get the highest draft pick possible. No sense in coming back later in the season and risk injury for a last place team.

Eh we sold our collective souls for that 2021 World Series so I’m alright with it as long as they go all-in on tanking. Not every year you see an 88-win divisional winner hoist the Commissioner’s Trophy. Braves were statistically the 5th worst team by winning percentage to ever win the World Series and also did it without their MVP front runner Ronald Acuña Jr. due to injury.

Last 3 weeks the top of Dodgers order has been subpar. Batters 5-9 have been carrying the team.
