That makes for an interesting conflict for you. What do you think is the ratio between your college educated Dems that DO think men can become women vs all those Repubs, with which you agree by the way, that don't?I certainly don't believe men can become women or vice versa. If an adult male want to whack off his weiner I'll not try to stop him. More democrats have college degrees than repubs.
Which was an incredible disservice to both of them. To place explicit Identity qualifiers on who was eligible to be selected, and who was not - it is the literal definition…To clarify, race AND gender were the only qualifications needed for VP and for the SC pick (Kentaji Brown Jackson)....
But based on your democratic buddies, all old people will be dead in 4 years, as well as most young kids and black peopleDepends on who defines the shithole. I like large, urban environments and protests don't really affect me.
No argument from me on feeling effects of policies. Can't wait to see reactions from poor, rural Trump supporters when they try and get their elderly parents into assisted living in the next decade.
Comedy, so getting a gender studies or Colonial reparations degree is considered higher education? Hence this is the problem. As things a dem touches, a degree is so watered down, its a joke.. Most of those ignorant Trump supporters can do way more with their skills than some leftist with a degree can. I don't hold a modern-day degree in high regards because the quality as diminished.I certainly don't believe men can become women or vice versa. If an adult male want to whack off his weiner I'll not try to stop him. More democrats have college degrees than repubs. High school drop outs are mostly magas.
No failure yet, although intelligence was a poor choice of words. Yet it's possible for there to be intelligence in government. There are occasional examples of the federal government acting with intelligence and foresight, like with the Marshall Plan and interstate highways. We should look at which federal involvement in higher education is beneficial to the American people and which isn't, keep what is and discontinue what's not. There's a tendency with many to throw the baby out with the bathwater, like with USAID, which is counterproductive. This is where you fail. There is no intelligence in government. If there were, we wouldn't be 36T in debt.
And Republicans never believed 81M voting for a guy in a basement were competent. The “voted against Trump” is a weak excuse for being told what to think. Just own you screwed up. You voted for a documented racist yourself, may want to pocket that one. Reminder, white politicians only show up at black churches in election cycles. You really make no sense. Dem voters never pretended Biden was competent or selected ms Harris. Dem voters voted against trump. And being black hasn't got anything to do with elections. Your racist attitude mirrors your orange leaders.
I had a go 'round with Looth on this and Jackson. It is literally impossible to argue going in an applicant must meet X criteria, thereby shrinking the pool of possible applicants, and then argue you were seeking the best possible candidate. You CAN go out and select someone that meets X criteria and then at least attempt to claim they were the best option. It's like a coaching search that opens with "We're only going to be looking for a coach born on a Tuesday, is a Capricorn and has heterochromia." and then claim you made an exhaustive search of all the best candidates.Which was an incredible disservice to both of them. To place explicit Identity qualifiers on who was eligible to be selected, and who was not - it is the literal definition…
They could have known all along they were only going to select a black female. But you just pick one, and say you picked the “best possible candidate” out there.
But they wanted to signal to their base how inclusive they were, and that they were looking at it thru a lens for equity..
sure, it's possible. It just isn't there. No failure yet, although intelligence was a poor choice of words. Yet it's possible for there to be intelligence in government.
Exceptions don't disprove the rule. There are occasional examples of the federal government acting with apparent intelligence, like with the Marshall Plan and interstate highways.
That plan is articulated by many, of all different political persuasions, for all government spending. It isn't working. We should look at what federal involvement in higher education is beneficial to the American people and what's not, keep what is and discontinue what's not. There's a tendency with many to throw the baby out with the bathwater, like with USAID, which is counterproductive.
