Wife's company is basically a holding company, each property around the country and the 3rd party management company are all separate entities.

Don't you frequently advocate for the downfall of cities/states that generally vote against your beliefs?

You haven't done it in a while, so i hope that means you've come to your senses, but if not, you can't take the route of "American pride" when you're proud of only half of it.

Sure one can, because the people and groups that go against the constitution of Bill of Rights are not true americans. Sure, they may be citizens but they obviously do not love America. So let those communist Cities Burn to the ground and start over

No. When areas vote for and implement idiotic policies I hope they feel the pain from that and learn from it. Sometimes they do but it’s usually too late. Look at all the defund the police bs, race based/dei appointments, etc. There’s a reason certain places stay s***holes.

We don't need as many but we still need military officers and the academies can't produce them all. Personally I think ROTC programs are a good investment, they're a better investment than Pell grants and other federal financial aid programs.

Depends on who defines the shithole. I like large, urban environments and protests don't really affect me.

No argument from me on feeling effects of policies. Can't wait to see reactions from poor, rural Trump supporters when they try and get their elderly parents into assisted living in the next decade.

We'll be forced to rely on field promotions and other merit based officer candidates. I just hope we can survive all the declarations of war on America until we get our finances in order.
