I am sure OSU, Bama,UGA, TX and Oregon do the same thing right? It just seems strange that every year those same teams evaluation always seem to include the absolute cream of the crop recruits. It’s almost like they don’t use recruiting rankings to evaluate recruits.
You’d have a better point if the rankings didn’t change multiple times throughout the cycle. They often adjust based on who offers and where a kid signs. So yeah, if I know a program is good at producing talent and I’m ranking a kid, I might bump him when he signs with OSU, Georgia, etc. You’re crazy if you don’t think these websites do that. So it’s self-fulfilling.I am sure OSU, Bama,UGA, TX and Oregon do the same thing right? But recruiting rankings don’t matter right?
Fwiw the large majority of Tennessee commits have risen a ton throughout the process as well. I mean Tennessee has had two players rise to #1 player overall in the class...You’d have a better point if the rankings didn’t change multiple times throughout the cycle. You’d also have a better point if you didn’t paint broad generalizations.
Sometimes a coach’s evaluation matches a website’s. Sometimes it doesn’t. And the website isn’t always correct.
But yet OSU have a 3 star CB on their team right now that his brother is a 3 star that just committed to TN! So it does seem they take lower rated guys also that they think can play ball! Doesn’t fit your narrative does it!I am sure OSU, Bama,UGA, TX and Oregon do the same thing right?
