You are a smart guy so dont act dense. The Rs in the Senate approved a guy that marketed fraudulent tax credits to lead the IRS. The Ds approved some absolute incompetent people when they were in charge..

So the red line for approval is somewhere between fraud (Long) and allegedly banging teenagers (Gaetz)....

"Allegedly". Guilty until proven innocent I guess it's the new standard. I'm not defending the guy, but that is a horrible example

Why I despise Donald Trump… who appointed Jerome Powell, naturally.

Donald Trump has used several derogatory names and insults to refer to Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, primarily in response to disagreements over monetary policy, particularly interest rate decisions. Based on available information, here are the derogatory names and insults Trump has reportedly directed at Powell:


• “Major loser”


• “Too Late” or “Mr. Too Late” (as a nickname criticizing Powell for being slow to adjust interest rates)


• “Numbskull”


• “Dumb guy”


• “Total and complete moron”


• “Fool, who doesn’t have a clue”


• “Average mentally person” and “Low IQ”


• “Very stupid person”


• “Bonehead”


• “Obvious Trump hater”


So, obviously, Trump makes horrible personnel decisions or he’s a control freak. Or both.

The point I was making was the Senate is a rubber stamp for Trump except in extreme circumstances. Tax fraud was OK but It took someone woefully underqualified with serious allegations (with a lot of smoke around them) for 4 R Senators to say, yeah, this is too far. We both know allegations isnt the legal standard but combine that with the position and his qualifications and its a non starter. Thankfully 4 R Senators spoke up...

Bondi is infinitely more qualified than Gaetz to be AG....

I still don't know what people mean when they say 'qualified'. The Marxists keep saying Trump wasn't 'qualified' to be POTUS. Or that so and soo wasn't 'qualified' to be in the position they are in. Yeah... they are, or they wouldn't be in that position. If you want to say they are a bad choice, then fine, but to label them as 'unqualified' is horse ****.

GE Appliances is a Chinese owned company. We’ll still be sending them a surplus of dollars unless the US plant exports a lot of the production.
