Yep, that was my next question, honestly. I think you have to assume a lot of those aren't commitable unless hes just gone totally unnoticed by evaluators. I'd be lying if I said I trusted Elarbee to coach him up based on the recent development of much higher rated guys. Really not looking to make this an Elarbee discussion, but I'd feel a lot better about taking Baker if there was a track record of development to be taking a project guy. Hopefully he just hasn't been evaluated properly and those offers are legit.

We do tend to be good at early evals. I wouldn’t assume too much. Even the 5 stars have to get here and put it all together. And with today’s portal situation no telling beyond next year. I’ll be happy to have another OL commit with reported sufficient size and some good offers reported too. And he’s from a big time school, which is always good when you can keep those doors open. Plus kiffin wants him. If I’m assuming anything here, I’d say he’s probably pretty good.
