Iran

Heh. Dude, come on. You cited Orange as the source of saying Gabbard didn't or didn't say something, not the article.

Read what Grok said. It's spot on.

Tulsi Gabbard testified that Iran was not actively seeking nuclear bombs. This was parallel to what all the intelligence agencies were telling her.

Please don't buy into the big Trump lie. He taints all.
AI is a great tool but it doesn't replace source material and independent verification.

She said that was reported by…..then less that 20 seconds later said that they had stockpiled material that far exceeded their supposed need. She absolutely did not say that she agreed with the report.
Do u have the full video or her correction about the edited one?

@Orangeslice13
Your integrity is in question.

What's the resource for tulsi statement and if it taken out of context?
I don’t give a F*** what anyone thinks of my integrity.
I’m smart enough to watch the full video instead of an edited twot-er feed that clearly changes the context of what she said.
I even posted the unedited version at one point.

I couldn't find the unedited. Any ideas where it may be?

Yes Hamas does some nasty stuff
My point exactly, Israelis have to keep inventing alternate realities either deflecting to unrelated things like gay rights or deflecting blame to others, rather than grapple with their own depravity. Trying to say anyone but the IDF is responsible when the IDF sees civilian children and unloads a tank at them is cowardly and disgusting

Iran continues to seek to expand its influence in the Middle East, despite the degradation to its proxies and defenses during the Gaza conflict. Iran has developed and maintains ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and UAVs, including systems capable of striking U.S. targets and allies in the region. They’ve shown a willingness to use these weapons, including during a 2020 attack on US forces in Iraq and in attacks against Israel in April and October 2024. Iran’s cyber operations and capabilities also present a serious threat to U.S. networks and data. The IC continues to assess that Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and Supreme leader Khomeini has not authorized the nuclear weapons program that he suspended in 2003. We continue to monitor closely if Tehran decides to reauthorize its nuclear weapons program. In the past year, we’ve seen an erosion of a decades long taboo in Iran on discussing nuclear weapons in public likely emboldening nuclear weapons advocates within Iran’s decision-making apparatus. Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile is at its highest levels and is unprecedented for a state without nuclear weapons. Iran will likely continue efforts to counter Israel and press for U.S. military withdrawal from the region by aiding, arming, and helping to reconstitute its loose consortium of like-minded terrorists, actors, which it refers to as its “Axis of Resistance.” Although weakened, this collection of actors still presents a wide range of threats including to Israel’s population, U.S. forces deployed in Iraq and Syria, as well as U.S. and international military and commercial shipping and transit.

The bold was played on repeat without the clarifications before and after.

Their intel a month ago indicated they were not building a nuclear weapon at that time, BUT... Apparently in contrast to that intel, they were/are stockpiling and enriching uranium at a rate/level that is not consistent with that, so they will continue to monitor. Especially considering what they are hearing from within the regime.

A month later she chastised the media for misrepresenting her testimony and confirmed that she and Trump are on the same page per Iran's nuclear program.

Clinton was able to rise above the impeachment attacks and still work across the isle to get things done. I don’t think anyone can do that in this current political environment
Part of that is Trump's style of attacking anyone who he perceives as disloyal or as opposition.

Unless you just bend over and take it, Trump has no problem at all treating you like dirt and cutting you out of everything. He's threatened not to send disaster aid because of things a Governor says or treated Marco Rubio completely like dirt until he just shut up and took it and then made him Secretary of State.

You can't negotiate with that kind of person. He has little to no wiggle toward Capitol Hill. If you defy him, he'll eat you in the media for days and turn millions against you.

It's a style. It gets things done, sure, but only one man's things get done.

That is definitive in my considereble, near-perfect opinion

@Orangeslice13 may be a lying, no-good, untrustworthy Jew, but he wasn't lying about this.

You forgot cheap. Extremely cheap

My only concern is our intel has had some major misses the past 25 years. How good is our intel? Was Iran actually just weeks away this time? What about those other times when they were only weeks away?

Hearing our intel almost reminds me of global warming activists. You have 5 years or else and 30 years later, it is trust me this time...

Hasn't Iran been weeks away for 20 years?

Are you asking me?

I have no idea. I hope not. Every president for the last 30 years has said that Iran having nukes would be a danger to Americans. If Iran has been that close for that long, and if those presidents really believed Iran to be a threat to us, we should be pissed at those presidents not taking any action.
