I found it curious that after the (other) ump tripped himself, he immediately got up and raised 2 fingers. First time Ive ever seen an ump take a flop in baseball. Really bold by the crew there. I counted three umps there targeting the Coastal coaches.

Coaches and umps arguing pitches is in the DNA of the game. The liberties ump crews have taken in Omaha this year have been really perplexing. These guys are making some incredibly bold calls and facing zero consequence. We got some really crooked crews this yr.
