Florida fan telling me what a roll they were on in recruiting with so many in the last few days. They had two or three good 4 starts but several lower rated 4 stars and a few 3 stars while we are still in June. Told my son it reminded me of how we got happy with our May and June Butch runs that were mostly a mirage. Hope it is the same thing for the Turds.

Never been a big fan of floors and ceilings, I tend to look more at the general progression. Nobody thought we'd ever have a good defense under Heupel, that we'd have to score 50 in every game to have a chance. That was dead wrong. +1 for us.

Joe was what he was. Nico blew the chance to be great here. Fine. Snap and clear. Heupel will fix the offense, zero doubt, and with the defense being a strength we're gonna be fine.

Do we get hardware? Impossible to say, but we'll be in the conversation every year. That's good enough for me. After the DBP Years of Dread I decided I'd never take 8 or 9 wins for granted, and while I want it all, I'm still OK with solid competence. But no, I do not believe that's where we'll stop. We have not peaked.
