Yes, a 2015 GMC 3500 with the Duramax.

Probably a wise move to have a 1 ton diesel for a 5th wheel. Those mf’ers are huge and I’d guess can be hard to control under emergency maneuvers. And the diesel just makes sense for that heavy of a load.

ETA: I looked up the Savatage band members. Jon Oliva and Al Pitreli were in Savatage then went to form TSO with Paul O’Neil. Later on Chris Caffery from Savatage joined TSO too. And I’d bet there are more crossovers. They have such a similar sound and concert presentation

The only marina I have been to on that lake is The Point near the Hwy 92 bridge, it has a decent restaurant.

I'm bnb'ing in a private pond not too far away. Scottish Highlands cows and catfish everywhere.

Service was horrible, food was decent but we were there for almost 2 hours for a couple club sandwiches. The manager was just standing around the bar yapping with some people while his staff were dealing people getting pissed.

I grew up on Douglas. I doubt they rent the plywood boats on styrofoam pontoons anymore. Make sure too many people don’t stand on the front or you got a submarine.
