Unfortunately post # 28,528 is the only way. You don’t like it, I don’t like it but here is the difference. Conservatives are willing to go the extra mile and pay for the Biden mistakes to get it right. Liberals don’t like that. Usually they revert to obstruction (like this time) so you dont have to do the hard work.

Kind of interesting what I have just illustrated…..you all keep saying Americans will not do hard labor. Kind of adds up.

Show proof the National Guard was handling the situation. Trump has every right to deploy military to defend federal property.

Bottom line : What is wrong with additional support to aid in LAW AND ORDER? Why are you all debating this??? I would be willing to beat that if this was going on in your neighborhood you would welcome all the support you could get. Am I right?

The National Guard is trained in how to handle such matters, and under the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, the Insurrection Act should be invoked before deploying Marines to perform such duties on American soil. I'm debating this because it is a blatant abuse of power, in which things could easily go wrong with unintended consequences. It also sets a terrible precedent for how our armed forces should be used. There is nothing wrong with calling in additional law enforcement personnel when a riot has broken out on American soil .... BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT THE MARINES ARE TRAINED TO HANDLE.

The better question is why aren't you troubled by such an act? That's easily answered : You are a Trump Cult of Personality member, and slavishly devoted to him.

Not really, he now excludes farm& hotel workers from deportation. Trump does own hotels and most mega farms are donors.

Last weekend, former President Donald Trump posted another anti-immigrant screed to Truth Social. It would have been unremarkable ― at least, graded on the Trumpian curve of extreme xenophobia ― except for one word.

“[We will] return Kamala’s illegal migrants to their home countries (also known as remigration),” he wrote.

Many people might have glossed over his use of “remigration.” White nationalists did not.
