I can see powering a tank similar to the way a railroad engine is powered or the old diesel subs. It's not a bad idea if they can reduce battery weight, and of course figure out how to keep them from catching fire.

In your own responses you’re admitting that they’re threatening nuclear capability. The only thing you’re questioning is if they’re doing it for negotiations or for military reasons. Either way the answer is the same. You remove their capability to do so.
